  • NANCEAC (accepted in California)

  • If attending both PreCON and Main Conference, you can earn up to 18.25 CE including 2 pharm.

    If you are attending only the Main Conference, either in-person or virtually, you can earn up to 15.25 CE including 2 pharm.

  • Please attach your current school schedule, proof of residency, or proof of licensure in the last 12 months to an email to info@gastroanp.org and we will send you your code!

  • Select the virtual option during registration. We are using a platform called Hubilo. Check your email for the invite when it gets closer to the conference.

  • Yes, they will be made available the day after the conference and will be available until October 20th.

  • No. Only the Early Bird discount applies to the PreCON

  • No, you may only choose one option per block. There will be no recordings available.

  • You were emailed it on May 28th if you are a current member. It can also be found on the Member homepage. Click “Login” in the top righthand corner, then click “Account” and “View” under GastroANP members to find the code.

  • Email info@gastroanp.org requesting addition of PreCON. Include which workshop options you would prefer. If available, an invoice will be sent to you for confirmation.

REFUND POLICY

GastroANP hopes everyone who registers is able to attend; however, we acknowledge that life happens. GastroANP offers the following cancellation options:

  • Cancellations received prior to July 1, 2025 are eligible for a full refund minus a 3% processing fee.

  • Cancellations received between July 1, 2025 and September 1, 2025 receive a 50% registration fee refund.

  • After September 1, 2025, no refunds are available.

  • Request should be made by emailing GastroANP.

  • Every attempt will be made to provide refunds within two weeks of the request. Refunds will be credited back to the credit or debit card used to make original purchase.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrival.

  • 100% of registration fees will be credited or refunded if event is canceled by organizer.
