I wanted to invite you personally because your voice and experience can directly help advance evidence-based care for future patients navigating IBS.

Here are the essential details:

The Goal: Measuring real-world outcomes of naturopathic care for IBS patients. The study is conducted by the Helfgott Research Institute and funded by the Gastroenterology Association of Naturopathic Physicians.

Who Can Join: Adults currently receiving naturopathic care for IBS symptoms or diagnosis.

Time Commitment: 6 months total. You will complete four short online surveys (about 15–30 minutes each): one after first your visit, one at 1 month, one at 3 months, and one at 6 months.

Your Care Does Not Change: Participation will not alter your treatment plan in any way. You continue your care with me as usual, and all clinical decisions remain between us.

Cost: Completely free to participate. You will receive $10 per survey completed, $40 total. 

100% Voluntary: You may choose to leave the study at any time without giving a reason and with zero impact on your care.
